Företagsnytt: Lyngen Bidco AS extends the offer period to acquire all shares in EVRY ASA

With reference to the voluntary offer for the outstanding shares of EVRY ASA (”EVRY”) as announced on 8 December 2014 (the ”Offer”) and the approval of the offer document for the Offer by Oslo Børs as announced on 16 December 2014 (the ”Offer Document”), Lyngen Bidco AS (the ”Offeror”), a company indirectly controlled by private equity funds advised by Apax Partners LLP, is hereby extending the offer period for the Offer by one week to 4 February 2015 at 09:00 CET.
